Tuesday: 15 minutes on the recumbent bike + 5 minutes on the rower. I also taught a Healthy Back Class and did some of the strength portion with the class. I taught a Mat Pilates class too (45 minutes).

Monday: 25 minute Pilates DVD, 19 minutes elliptical, 20 minute walk with dogs + taught two classes (mostly coached).
Tuesday: Yoga DVD (40 minutes) + taught Mat Pilates (45 minutes). Also took a quick 10 minute walk with Andy and the pups.
Wednesday: Yoga DVD (40 minutes) + 20 minute walk with the pups
Thursday: Power Yoga class (60 minutes) + taught Total Body Toning class (45 minutes) and did most of it with the class. Also did 1500 meters on the rower at work (about 7 minutes) and 2 miles on the upright bike.
Friday:. 25 minute Pilates DVD + 10 minutes elliptical + 15 minute walk with the dogs. Also did 1500 meters (about 7 minutes) on the rower at work.

March 19th – March 25th, 2012
Monday: 25 minute Pilates DVD, 16 minutes elliptical, 20 minute walk with dogs + did a part of my class I teach: 20 minutes walking and some push ups and body weight squats. Also teaching 25 minute Mat Pilates class.
Tuesday: 40 minute Power Yoga DVD, taught Mat Pilates (45 minutes), and took the pups for a 30 minute walk
Wednesday: 15 minute strength circuit at home + 16 minutes on the elliptical. Also took the pups on a 20 minute walk and taught Mat Pilates (25 minutes) and a 45-minute cardio n’ sculpt class (mainly coached).
Thursday: 60 minute Power Yoga class + taught Total Body Toning class (did about half the class with the participants). Also took the pups on a 30 minute walk and managed to jog about 5 minutes! Woo!
Friday:. 20 minute Pilates DVD + 16 minute elliptical and 20 minute walk with the pups. Taught 20-20-20 (mix of cardio, strength and yoga/pilates) and did most of it with the class.
